Hi, I’m Bonnie.

Health coach, ex-healthcare system insider, human-in-progress.

I burned out. Hard. Years of pushing through pain, ignoring symptoms, ticking boxes. Eventually, my body said: enough.

So, I stopped. I listened. I unravelled. And I rebuilt something softer, slower, more real.

Now I work with people who are tired of pretending they’re fine. People who want to feel at home in their bodies again, even if they don’t know where to start.

We look at what hurts, what’s helped, what hasn’t. We untangle stories. We try new things. We make space for grief, rage, relief, joy. We learn to trust with the body again.

No one is broken, and I’m not here to fix you. We are just here to find the thread. And follow it home.
